Some 57% of global consumers say they are either much more (31%) or somewhat more (26%) concerned with their online privacy compared to a year ago, find the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and Ipsos in a survey of more than 24,000 internet users aged 16-64 across 24 countries (18-64 in the US and Canada). Indeed, at least half of internet users in each region said that their privacy concerns have grown. (more…)
